Two Men on a Bench
Sometimes I’m walking down a street and I find a moment that feels like an old story. These two men were sitting on a bench in a silence that said more than words. One was looking far away; the other was lost in his own thoughts.
The old walls, the rusty sign, the slippers left on the ground, maybe little traces of days gone by. The dark blur in front works like a half-open curtain, as if it’s hiding the moment from people passing by.

The Coconut Seller
Local markets are always full of stories for me. This man is opening a coconut with total focus, and behind him a woman watches with a soft smile, like she’s seen this same little routine every single day.
The traditional clothes, the tools, the gentle noise of the market. This is what I look for on the street: real life, nothing staged.

Holding On
A young girl, small but strong, holding a big striped umbrella against the wind. Next to her, a wheelbarrow full of fresh coconuts. Maybe she’s helping her family, maybe it’s just a daily job.
The umbrella is all movement, and she is completely still. I love that contrast. Behind her, the street quietly frames the story without taking it over.
