My work moves between filmmaking, photography and visual storytelling, creating images built around an idea, a feeling and a reason to exist.
I began developing my filmmaking practice in Iran and continued my independent work in Malaysia. Film, still photography, music projects and commissioned visual work all belong to the same process: understand the story first, then build the visual language around it.
I’m based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and available for projects across Malaysia, Singapore and Southeast Asia — and remotely, anywhere in the world. I have made work for Amnesty International Malaysia, the South Korean skincare brand ATOPALM and the Russian app company Urban Dinosaur. Wherever the work happens, the process stays the same.
